Using JAWS 16 and MS Word 2013.
While in a document, I do control o and shift tab twice to get to the list
of documents. But, they are upside down, in that, documents beginning with
the letter Z would be at the top of the list. Those beginning with the
letter A are at the bottome

to work. I made sure I deleted the old ms word 2010 shortcut key. I even
rebooted the computer but it still doesn't work. The ms word 2013
desktop shortcut icon works fine and my ms excel 2013 shortcut key is
working fine
