Hi Kevin, Having reported persistent Windows 10 Mail problems to VFO similar
to those you note , it seems that with all the other serial problems with JAWS,
this must be a low priority with them.
It is tedious but to fix this, at least on my system, I unload and reload both
JAWS 2018 and
Technology Tracks.

Unfortionetly I have not found a way to change the sort order. I think it
would be a good idea to have that ability.
