Hi. What version of jaws are you using? i think as of jaws 11, maybe even as of jaws 10, when you received a popup notification jaws would highlight it so all you have to do is press your left mouse button, that's the slash key on your number pad second in top left or caps lock then number 8

If you mean the HelpBalloons that pop up in the Notification down near the clock in the lower right hand corner, just use the NumPad / key within about 5 seconds of it being announced. If you mean the ToolTips that can pop up with file information in Windows Explorer, or other applications to
