Hi,
If you reread her original email you will see that you missed part of her
description of the problem.
Jaws is announcing file position as she downarrows through the list and is
skipping in increments of three.
If she was only showing one file type, Jfw would still number them correctly
i.e. 1

Hi All,
How does one check the existing margins in current Word documents to see if
they should be changed to default or personal settings? All enlightenment
to brighten this dim bulb will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much. Take

My next question, since the files are in a grid.
Is there a way to change it from a grid and have only one file per line?
Thanks

It sounds like
Here's a list of Jaws hotkeys for MS Word. I don't know if these are
universal or not. To check your own MS word hotkeys, hit insert-H.
Adjust JAWS Options JAWSKEY+v
Say the current field Control+JAWSKey+NumPad5
Say the line and column of the caret JAWSKey+Delete
Toggle the writing mode from
Here are more Jaws hotkeys for MS Word. I should have included these in my
previous email.
the following Ms Word short cut keys may be useful
Create a new document control + N
Open an existing document control + O
Save a document control + S
Print a document control + P
Undo the last edit
In the view menu - alt-v, press enter on list to checkmark it. Thereafter,
you can go back (if you want) into the VIEW MENU to checkmark details, and
Hsee how that goes.

Hi all,
How can I fill a column in a Excel 2003 spreadsheet range with 1's? For example
f3-f420.
I want to have a column where I can easily add up the number of rows with data.
Then I can use that total for other calculations.
I am using Jaws 9.
Thank you,
Bill

1. Place the number '1' in a cell and copy it to the clip board.
2. select the cells you want the number in--f5, then type in the cell range.
3. Paste the cell you copied into the first cell of the selected range.
You're in business.

Well, if you just want to know how they are set, use insert F-1. This will
give you a window with a lot of info about your file.
