Personally, I use solona. This is a system that allows one to take a
screen shot and send it to a volunteer who reads the capture image and sends
you the text to copy and paste in the box. I don't have the URL for the
program handy. Perhaps someone else can send it along to you.

Ah memories. I remember when I was in college and had to write a 20-page
paper and half of it was all in caps. I had no clue how to fix the problem
