1, create new message, ctrl+n;

now a list of my accounts comes up,

paragraph to paragraph.
In Excel, I haven't heard of any keystrokes for reading, *shit*! LOL,

You can do it using the drag and drop functionality in Jaws. For example
if you want to move recipient to the left so that it's before subject:
1. select the first message in the message list.
2. route the jaws cursor to the pc cursor, insert + numpad minus.
3. press insert + left arrow a few

I did try that first with no results. Way down under file there is an option
button and I got there that way. That did not correct my problem. It starts
out saying that the file is in use by another application or something on
that order. Everything goes downhill from there.
