First I am using xp home, jaws 8 and eloquence
For some reason jaws is sounding a little tinny and the volume goes up and
down. Also it is talking through only one speaker the left.
I checked all wires and found nothing wrong. I stopped and restarted jaws with

I have a continuing outlook express compressing problem. After many
messages have been deleted and closing outlook express, it wants to compress
folders. It gets through several than an error pops up stating that one of
the folders is in use by outlook express or another

system. When I restarted the computer Jaws was not launched. My hot key Alt
+ control + j still launched Jaws 11. But the option to start Jaws
