Yes, that is a toggle to turn on the function keys for special functions e.g. on mine, f2 and f3 adjust the volume if you press them once. I have not been able to locate the specific model number yet, but here is the typical behavior that I have with my function keys. In order to perform a function wit hthe function keys I believe it is known as the media keys I have to first press the function key and then the f key that I want. All of my other f keys seem to be working as expected. However, to answer your question no I do not have that key. In order to change the function of my f keys I type it in to the search command on the start menu. The keys to the right of my f 12 key is print screen, an unannounced key, and the delete key. Hi. Do the other function keys in conjunction with the jaws key work? Can you, for instance, list your links by pressing jaws key f7? I know a while ago somebody on this list mentioned that her function keys had reverted back to hardware function keys, and that this happened out of the blue, probably after some type of update. Josh, is there a little button just above your touch pad just below the keyboard? if so, you may have pressed that button and turned function key mode on. press it again if there is one and maybe that will fix your problem.
