Thanks, I do have it working. Comcast suggested that I delete the account
and follow the steps that they sent to recreate it.

Here are the settings to set up your Comcast email account. I don't know if
these differ from what you have been trying, but if so,
Incoming Server (pop3): mail.comcast.net
Outgoing Server
account appearing in the WLM main window.

Using yahoo mail how do you request a receipt request? There are a lot of
