As I wrote earlier, after installing the latest update to JAWS through the check for updates link in the JAWS help menu, I could not access Chrome websites after using MS Edge, unless I either restarted JAWS or the computer. Keith Patterson downloaded JAWS through tandem and ran the JAWS repair.

It's an important distinction for at least two reasons. A version, such as 2018, is released annually and is intended to be a substantial advance on each previous version. Also, one version counts as one item on your SMA. Each SMA payment covers two years of service and two versions of JAWS.
