Morning all. I am having a bit of an issue with Thunderbird. While in my inbox, the most recent incoming email messages are from 3 months ago. I went into the trash and junk folders, but they are not there. Can anyone help me with this? I am using JAWS 2018 and Windows 10 on a Dell laptop.

Leonard nailed it.  Here's a wrinkle.  Just hitting enter defaults each addressee as a "to".  If you want an addressee to be a cc or a bcc just shift tab from the address line and arrow to the one you want.  I usually just enter down until I'm finished with addressees but sometimes I want a

try a hot key. From the Thunderbird icon on the desktop hit the applications key and hit the letter r for properties. Arrow down to shortcut key and write in the letter you want. Tab to OK and hit enter. Control alt plus your letter should open the program forthwith. On 8/11/2016 11:29

I haven't had an issue with Thunderbird reading e-mails after I got a faster computer and started using the down arrow to read once JAWS set. Have you set your receiving emails to HTML or to text? HTML takes longer to open - they don't open and begin reading instantaneously like Eudora did.
