well, there is precisely the problem: I did set the download size limit to
"no limit", set the local file size to "all messages", and yet, I only get
a fraction of all my attachments...I am doing that to make a complete
backup of my emails. I just want to bulk download all the
Over 400 sent and inbox emails gone with this recent auto update...what kind of
non- thinking programers work for k9? I'll be finding a different email app for
my androids...~3or4 years using k9 with no problems, but this is inexcusable.

Follow-up... I discovered that it worked if I manually re-entered all my
passwords. The information K9 had saved for each account already included
passwords (displayed as asterisks), but apparently K9 somehow corrupted those
saved passwords.

I have the same issue. K-9 takes 20% of the battery's life ! That's huge.
