I have a reference to OS-X in a (KMyMoney) docbook. I see defined
entities for Mac and MacOS, but not OS-X. I don't know enough about
any of them, but I assume that MacOS is not the same as OS-X. For now,
I just used plain text "OS-X." Should there be an entity for this?
