I have disabled PSR by adding the kernel parameter to /etc/default/grub
and running sudo update-grub before rebooting. It has been a few hours,

I am failing to reliably reproduce this issue.
At first I have experienced this too. When I tried to bisect it and install
multiple kernel abis they are all booting fine.
So I was able to fail booting 1014 1015 1016 abis. And then they started
to boot fine.
I wonder if there is some
negative, and i dont know how to compile kernels or build sound modules
into them...
last time i had to configure sndcard was in rhat 10 yrs ago in a curse snd menu

Seems like there is no device named wlan0. I think it is wlo1 instead of wlan0
on my laptop. When I replace wlan0 with wlo1, the results are as follows:

Yes we know. Recovery mode works by disabling performance and power
saving features so it will work around this bug. But that's not relevant
to actually fixing the bug. Nobody should stay in recovery mode long
term.

Thanks for looking into this. I changed the drivers to nouveau to
workaround some previous issues I had with external displays and then I
forgot made this change.
Could you point me to how to test with 5.13/5.14 kernels, please? If
possible I would like to stick to the default drivers/kernel.
before Testing one thing I want to tell you I won't able to boot in
ubuntu in normal mode but in recovery mode there is no issue related to
screen tearing

even during my installation, the touchpad didnt work but mouse works. I
tried modifying the grub file as given in some previous help requests
