Public bug reported: Live Ubuntu 20.04 64bit hangs on shutdown, on two different PC. The shutdown image is shown. Then I switch to text mode and there are some messages. Attached are two screenshots of the console in about 30 second interval. After that I can reboot by SysReq keys. **

I would also like to add that my BIOS is from the year 2019, so I do not think it is outdated. My BIOS is as follows: APTIO SETUP UTILITY 2.20.1270. I have also enabled the TOUCHPAD option in the BIOS which was disabled (attachment). And the TOUCHPAD still doesn't work on (K) Ubuntu. I suppose
