Hi Mary,
I think your indexes might be not current - that would explain deleted
records showing in results list and an error when you try to go to the
detail page. I'd do a full reindex and check that the Koha indexer or
cronjob is set up correctly on your system.
Hope this helps,
Katrin
Hi Christopher,
maybe something to help with the search problem: You can group multiple
item types together so they appear as 'one' on the advanced search page.
This feature is using the ITEMTYPECAT authorized value and is set up in
administration > itemtypes.
Hope this helps,

Hi Sonia,
to my knowledge this is not possible at the moment - I think it would be
an interesting feature!
Hope this helps,

Hi Hugo,
I just tested the indexing in my local 16.11.x installation and it works
without problems. Which is the exact 16.11.x version you are using? How
was the system installed?

Hi,
We have noticed the error below at our library and we really need
assistance to resolve the issue.
We are running Koha 3 on
or package installation? Any clues you can give there are
also always helpful.
Hope that helps,
Katrin

We are running Koha 3 on Ubuntu
circulation conditions (all libraries vs specific libraries),
total rules vs individual rules (smaller table below the big table)
It's easy to miss something there.
Hope this helps,

Hello everybody.
We have an user called INSTITUCION

just released, but I'd not update to it without doing some testing
first. How you update a Koha installation depends on how it was
installed. Are you running a package installation?
Hope this helps,

Hi, we just migrated Koha from

Sorry, don't really have an answer to the problem, hope this is helpful
anyway,

Hi Rajeesh,
there can be multiple issues. Looking at the error in the browser
developer tools is the only way I know at the moment to figure out
what's going wrong.

Hi Luis,
I am not sure if this is related to the problem, but there is also an
error in your OpacUserCSS:
#logo { If nothing changed on the server side I'd try to empty the OpacUser*
prefs and see if that makes some difference.

Hi Brian,
those should both work - which version of Koha are you using? Did you
change something else? Maybe accidentally copying the notice template to
a branch instead of all libraries?
