What is the current behavior of kplug-announce? I've been working under
the assumption that the announce list merges the e-mail addresses for
people subscribed to the other lists so that someone signed up for say,
kplug-newbie would also get a message sent to kplug-announce.

KPLUG now has an official bank account using the SDCS Federal Taxpayer
Identifier. George Geller has assumed the duties of treasurer. I have
turned over a check for $800 to George for the cash from the raffle and
membership (pretty much the same thing because of the raffle tickets for
joining
There was some discussion at the December meeting about replacing the
existing KPLUG server. I can't remember who got the last one, I think
Joshua? Anyway, we have the funds to get a new one so I say Neil
delegates this to whoever wants to volunteer and we go ahead and do it.
