I had never heard of this magazine, but googled it. It is dutch, as am I,
and says that it features crafts from all over the world.
Could not find any info on whether it has lace in it too.

You don't need to boil the lace to shrink it. After the lace is finished, lay
it out on a water proof surface where you can leave it for 12-24 hours. Spray
