Two little books have just been posted on the professor's Archives.
See http://www.cs.arizona.edu/patterns/weaving/this-month.html They
are very small and may only be of interest to those who are
researching lacemakers in the US. One of them lists all the names

Others I give away as presents.

Hello to One All!
Bookmarks...Ive made hundreds of them! Probably well over 5 or 600. Im a member
of the Society for Creative Anachronism, SCA, since 1975. Its because of them
that I discovered bobbin lace making.
I would make them in our kingdom, Caid, colors, blve silver. Or if we have

Hi Miriam and everyone
Fun questions!
Bookmarks are a nice project for bobbin lace. They don't take long and one
pattern can be made variously. As it happens, one of my favourite patterns
is a Torchon design by Miriam which we published in Canadian Lacemaker
Gazette a while back. I made probably

Hi everyone
As promised, I have posted a photo of the bookmarks I made, from a pattern

Just a note to let Pene and Janet Theaker know I received my Post Card Sway
