I made a bobbin holder several years ago with net pockets. It was specifically made to hold my inscribed antique bobbins so that I can see the inscriptions without removing a bobbin from its pocket. I don't have anywhere to display them because of DHs various collections on display in cabinets

This is not the only problem. Sometimes the title of the book is changed, plus the ISBN (which is directly tied to the publisher's name) if a different publisher is used This is terrible when you are not allowed to return the book. Wish something would be done about it by the

I have a variety of styles of bobbin cases now but when I first started making lace I made my own roll up one as shown in an old book.  I used pre-quilted fabric, just turned up a pocket and sewed the sections for the bobbins.  When it was rolled up it was huge :-)  Never made that one again!!
