It depends entirely on your purpose and how you intend to serve your end users. What are you trying to present--what are users looking for? A website is static--much like a piece of print literature. Your user can find information, but can't add, offer suggests, etc. A blog is interactive--like a

Whilst I agree with what Carole says in that it depends on your purpose, a website doesn't have to be be static, and it can be updated as often as you wish. Most people choose blogs because they are easy to use in that you don't need to learn anything about web design or html, javascript and
