Maybe doing that, I just checked and the existing file I used is HTML so I
guess it goes out the same way regardless of the tick mark in my address
book.

Another thought.
I'm using IE, XP SP3 and every update MS has put out on automatic update and
as yet have not had any of the described problems. Works just fine and this
is on an 8 year old computer.
Oh yeh, I've added a couple gigs of memory.

The screen comes up in less than 10 seconds.
An 8th cousin, 5 times removed displays almost instantly.
But Tools Set Relationship function still does not work.
