Mary Jo, A new update is now out I suggest that you try downloading the full Legacy from the website - ie.*not* the update only. Before you do anything please see if you now have the INSTALL.Log file in C:\Legacy\ folder and if so uninstall and reinstall. If not please let us know. Ron
