[LegacyUG] Notes are blank

Ron, All mine are JPGs, however you are not helping me to help you to work through the problem by not telling me what you have at the present time, and, as I mentioned before, it would be helpful if you confirmed that all your certificate images are the first image in the Individual's Picture

First, make sure Legacy is set to display General Notes, if that is where all your notes are located. I have 'Lost mine when I switched to Research notes and forgot to switch back to General. If that is not the problem, backup your data then do the File, Repair, and then if that does not work,
