these people and can they be successfully transferred out of the Legacy User

Randy,
These spam emails are usually because an address book has been hijacked, and
not necessarily that of the person from whom the spam purports to come. So
“taking them out of the Legacy User Group universe” will not necessarily make
any difference.

I just got hit by an email virus that sent spam out to my list. It was so

I cannot say that I have seen one from your address, but then I don't really
look at spam just delete it, and sometimes bounce it! No need to be
embarrassed, it can happen to anyone, now matter how secure one thinks one's
security is.

I'm on a roll to clean up my sources! I have a question about entering data for
census.
I've seen in a few examples that the data from the census line is typed into
the census event field (e.g. BROWN, David, w, m, 33, etc.)
Why is it typed here and why wouldn't this be typed into the detail
Why not do both?

Well, I guess I see the notes field in an event more as a narrative
description. BROWN, David, w, m, 33, etc. in the event sounds a little cryptic
to me if I were having it print in any reports. - I guess I've answered my own
questions LOL

As with many things in Legacy, it's your choice whether to put data in Events,
Source Detail, or both. I do transcribe the whole family's census listing into
the source citation because I want it to appear in the Source Notes. With the
report format that I use most, Event information
I do it in the Event because I want to see it faster. I use Legacy as
a database more than something that will later print out reports.
When the source detail notes have the information, I have to do so
many more clicks to see the information.

Hello, Lori. Color code from LDS? Would that be the Mary V. Hill color
