Jacob, I'm not at my home computer, so I may have the exact names wrong, but
when you are dealing with a source detail citation, there are a few tabs across

Not to mention it's wildly too late to be requesting features in v. 8, eh?
Looking forward to receiving a bug-free app and discovering what's new in it.

Ladies,
I checked Filters and Vacation Responder and things were normal. I
rebooted Legacy and the Family View image disappeared. Thanks for your
help.

First back up the Family File (File Backup Family File) then go to
File File Maintenance Check/Repair and run that utility.
Then click on the Reset button in the lower right corner of the main

You're still getting into FamilySearch, which isn't allowing updating.
I had thought that access was going to be completely shut down but

Sherry -- is Legacy case-sensitive on image file names? Like, if I wanted to
change the surname portion of an image file name to all caps, could I do that

And veteran LUGGERS, Legacy Family Tree employees, etc., should look at the
original post and add to the subject line or say [was . . . .] rather than let
it go on and on as it was.

Legacy works in Windows and Windows is not case sensitive for file names
so Legacy will still display the pictures etc.
The difficulty comes if you ever decide to use your file and data

The answer is NO. It uses the standard windows file name conventions. If u
publish files to the web, then u should not have spaces in file names and

Good evening users:
I recently moved my data file and pics to dropbox. It is installed
c:\dropbox\legacy and utilizes the same folder names as in the original
c:\legacy. All seemed to work well until I went to go to a geo lookup. I
get a runtime error 76 and then get kicked out of the program.
I have my geo folder in Dropbox with the rest of the data folders and have not had any problem. Have you tried that?Richard-Original Message-
