I found a free software app that will resize photos. It will even to an entire folder at a time. I use it for when I create web pages from legacy - I make a copy of my images folder, then run the re-sizer on the whole folder. I then use the re-sized ones as thumbnails on my web page, linking

If you mean a way to do it within Legacy then that is not possible. There are however a number of software products that can probably do what you want. Once the images are re-sized then you can link the newly resized images to your Legacy file date. I suggest you Google for image resizing
