Subject: [LegacyUG] Reporting a bug
Hello group
Please may I ask how can I report a bug? I will explain what the bug is here
anyway to see if any of you noticed the same?
Whenever I export my Legacy file into GEDCOM, I always check
to know as it is what I see in mine
before I import the GEDCOM file in another program.
Thanks,
Jemima

In Legacy you can mark a person as not living without specifying any
information on the death, date, place etc. The only way Legacy can
indicate that situation when exporting to a GEDCOM is to use the Y with
the DEAT tag to indicate the person is dead.
Do not bother reporting it as a BUG.
