I would put Richord Pratt and Richard Pratt in as aAKAs. In her main name field I would put Mrs. Pratt [Pratt surname, Mrs. in the prefix field]. This would be one of the rare time that I would put Mrs. Last Name in as a main name but you have no other way. I am sure you have it all
