can anyone give my an idea how to cure the problem i have with making
coreutils in section 6.15
the patches have been applied ok
the configure seems to have created a good make file
the failure i get is as follows.
make[2]: entering directory '/sources/coretuntils-5.2.1/man'

HD is 2 GB
files system is 1.5 GB
swap patition is .5 GB

I have put my hands on a SGI O2 workstation (MIPS R12000 CPU, I believe).
¿Anyone has tried LFS on it?
If not, ¿It's interesting for the LFS project that I try install LFS on
it? (I don't promise any success :-) ).

It's a bit experimental,
We can support it in cross-lfs, the only thing that's missing is the
arcboot loader, but if your willing to assist we can probably get that
added.

Yes, I was still in the binutils-build directory when I issued the /make
-C ld/ command. Should I have created a symlink for the the ld
subdirectory in binutil's source folder?

I used EXACTLY the same commands that are in the book to compile
binutils. I can't post my command history because I logged out of the
LiveCD session.
