section 6.15 coretutils fails to make

hi all, can anyone give my an idea how to cure the problem i have with making coreutils in section 6.15 the patches have been applied ok the configure seems to have created a good make file the failure i get is as follows. make[2]: entering directory '/sources/coretuntils-5.2.1/man' updating
