The current method of adding page numbers to Footer via above method is obscure non-intuitive. This results in large amount of time wasted finding out how to do this proceedure which is simple and straightfoward in other office softwares. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open new document 2. Insert footer via menu > Insert > Header and Footer > Footer > Default page style 3. Mouse cusor on footer, right click and find no dialog for inserting fields into footer Actual Results: No "fields" in dialog box on right click over footer Expected Results: Expect that a right click on footer would bring up dialog box for inserting various footer components such as page number, date, author in a simple, quick and straightforward operation. Sounds like only a documentation issue to me. That definition makes perfect sense in a practical world (although from a standards perspective it is very arbitrary and should not have included the parallel aspect). Changing a default to use parallel wrap instead of optimal sounds like a bad idea to me. Rarely do you want text to wrap on both sides of something (only in the case of something centred and tiny). I suggest removing easy-hack. In fact, I suggest closing this as NOTABUG. I don't see anything actionable here. P.S. Microsoft DOES have an optimal setting. You have controls with different height in the same row. So the vertical position of the numeric control isn't the same as of all other controls in the same row. By the way: No problem to mark the whole row and set the height for all controls. But: This is a bugtracker, might be you better ask for help at https://ask.libreoffice.org/c/german/6. You could also write a private mail for help. In the attached file _temp1.odt you find on page 1: ZENTRALER Wasserversorgung = control no. 15 0 ZIMMER = no. 23 KÜCHE = no 16 Even after execution of the automatic sort this doesn't change, ZIMMER is skipped when I use the Tab key. There is an issue with the controls if you copy & past them. Some of them are not renamded correctly. In consequence you create a large number of controls with identical names that need to be renamed manually, this can be time consuming. To edit the controls it would help to select them all ant once, for exemple to change the font size. I needed to open them all one by one, it took me an hour.
