the land, there is not much we can say or do. I hope our town will tread very
carefully about this kind of move! Lincoln has worked so hard to save our land

know what is clear and not speculative. Once Lincoln rezones any land it
is by rights changed forever ( "in perpetuity" ) and can be developed to
a great density. Once we have given that away, we can no longer get it
back.
