I also am concerned about selling land off to the developer! Once we don’t own the land, there is not much we can say or do. I hope our town will tread very carefully about this kind of move! Lincoln has worked so hard to save our land from developer and that was how the Rural Land

I think there is a lot of speculation about HCA . It is important to know what is clear and not speculative. Once Lincoln rezones any land it is by rights changed forever ( "in perpetuity" ) and can be developed to a great density. Once we have given that away, we can no longer get it back.
