To debug this problem further, I downloaded fc11 from Fedora instead of using
our internal version
which was downloaded ~June 29, 2009.
With the version downloaded from Fedora, I then did:
# wget -O /etc/yum.repos.d/pacemaker.repo
http://clusterlabs.org/rpm/fedora-11/clusterlabs.repo
# yum in
