See there can be two cases. 1) lilo is installed on mbr. in that case boot from win98 bootdisk( if you have downloaded the utility from the url i have given you, you will be able to create win98 bootdisk in windows 2000 also ). then do fdisk /mbr 2) lilo is installed on first sector of hdd.
