I have some rather large spreedsheets that are all in upper case letters, but need to convert them to proper name format, i.e. FRED ROGERS becomes Fred Rogers. I have spent a couple of hours trying to find this. So in order to save a poor PC's life, could someone share this knowledge with me?

No, I'm not anti-KDE - I just don't want to use it -. nor did I speak against it - I simply said I read the changes and remembered why I didn't want to use it. Any one who wants to use it is welcome - and I did try and give the man some help. As it stands I abandoned KDE for many reasons.
