Different VSTs store their information in different places, but IIRC, the
"pest binary-string vst-block of obsurd size" is part of the protocol.
If you believe there to be a scenario where we are storing redundant
information, or storing data inefficient you are encouraged to study th

accomendate more vst-formats already??

in the vst-block, that all too often bloats to absurd size, and is unuseable
for lmms, at re-open, but
