start up applications

Hi Using Lubuntu 12.04, which on my system was ubuntu and then had the lubuntu-desktop package installed I am looking for the widget thing that brings up a list of start up applictions, with tick boxes so anything un checked can be stopped from starting at login. I am unable to find anything
