For some technical formulae I need to have the
Symbol for Laplace (a nice big "L" in script style) and
for the z-transform a nice big "Z" also in script style.
Do these two characters exist in some math-package,
if so, wich package.

Feature suggestion. If I click on "Table of Contents", I get a popup
list of chapters/sections.
If I click on "List of Figures" or "List of Tables", why not popup the
list of figures/tables as done when I am creating a cross-reference. I
realize they are not separated in the popup box. Maybe

I am writing a book on PostgreSQL (www.postgresql.org) for Addison,
Wesley, Longman. I wanted to try and mention LyX in the preface. Is
