Is there a way to prepend Appendixes in the Table of Contents by the word
Appendix? At the moment the only change in my TOC is the numbering but I
would like to make a clear distinction between content and Appendix. The
lyx user manual does not make mention of how to do this nor does the manual

After updating etc I can't seem to get my references into the compiled pdf
using lyx 2.0.2 on macosx 10.7.3 and a bst that used to work great from a
professor at my dept. MacTeX 2011 is installed and updated using Tex live...
I am attaching the bst.
The output gives me (?) for refs and error

Is there any way to send the parameter while configuring lyx so that the
compilation is done against the 32 -bit instead ?
