Hi everybody,
I want to use Hyperref to make my document table of contents entries to serve
also as hyperlinks to chapters, sections, subsections, etc.
I have a master document, with sub-document (which I include using Include).
It does not work : my sub-documents are not hyperlinked.

Hi,
I am trying to use the packages algorithm and hyperref together. Depending
on the order in which the packages are loaded, this does or doesn't work.
The order that works however, is impossible to set using LyX. Consider the
following latex source:

I spend really long time for debugging and finally noticed why I couldn't
get hyperref working:
pdflatex gives errors if there are math in numbered sections. Are there
any workaround (except "don't do that")?

Hi,
I'm just fizzling through the problem to create a hyperlink in a LyX

LyX 1.1.6fix1 on a SuSE 7.0
document class: SGML (LinuxDoc article)
LaTeX preamble: \usepackage{hyperref}
Defined the link target by: \hypertarget{internal name}{displayed name
