excuse if this is a silly question. I have A LyX file and a .bib file
(attached). The bibliography option of the LyX document is set up on NatBib and
the .bib file should be correct, but I cannot generate any bibliography.

I think the first thing you need to try is adding the Natbibapa
module. It is not there in the MWE that you sent.
Re the Biblio.bib file. I am no expert but I have never seen so many \
in a bib file. For example at the end of an entry I see
\}\
\
where I would expect }.
