Alas, I wrote too soon. Three ^-D in a row crashed lyx-1.1.4fix3 on our Sparc-Solaris-2.6 server. I have used repeated key sequences on this version earlier without a crash, so I doubt this is an easily reproducible bug. I didn't have LyX running under gdb, and the binary is stripped, so I
