I have a number of web references in my masters thesis bibliography. I
created the bibliography using Bibtex. Two of the references contain
tilda ie: http://foo.com/~bar, but when it prints out all I have is a
blank space:

files or close the file I had been working on, it gives a pop up box

In the preamble I inserted
\usepackage {mathtime}
But I get no dvi preview and a weird pdf.
How can I change this?
