Insert-Floats-Figure does one thing and Insert-Floats-Figureflt does
something else which is probably not what you wanted. The example
picture does not show any text wrapping for example.

should avoid ERT in the beginning of it (so we don't scare off novices).
I would therefore like to ask for help in how to move the ERT insets in
the beginning of the attached example into the preamble.
