I've been using table floats with subfloats and normal tables, and
they work nicely. However, when the float becomes too long for the
page---because of the length of the subtables---, it will not break.

problems with floats. I assume the problem is something
trivial that I have missed relating to a change to Lyx (or Linux or Latex)
since 2002.

produce pdf output anymore. The error message reads

floats rotated sideways. It used to work fine in LyX 1.5. Now I cannot

a List of Figures and a List of Tables, these references in the floats DO
come first in the text - makes sense! Anybody know of a work-around? I've
been searching google, but am obviously doing a poor job! Someone MUST
