Just in case anyone else is behind on upgrading like me... I just used the LyXWinInstaller to upgrade from LyX 1.5.2 to LyX 1.5.3 on WinXP and it worked great. It even preserved a Converter that I had set up in 1.5.2 and had expected to need to re-do. Thanks again Uwe! - David Hewitt

Hi everybody, I'm a LyX 1.5.3 user, I compiled the source and run it on a Debian Etch system. My problem is that since I switched to the new version from 1.5.2, some document classes [1] have become unavailable, which I could perfectly use before. Some of them have always be unavailable and

Upgrading to LyX 1.5.3 with LyXWinInstaller - worked great

Just in case anyone else is behind on upgrading like me... I just used the LyXWinInstaller to upgrade from LyX 1.5.2 to LyX 1.5.3 on WinXP and it worked great. It even preserved a Converter that I had set up in 1.5.2 and had expected to need to re-do. Thanks again Uwe! - David Hewitt

I have two machines, one running Debian unstable, the other running Ubuntu 7.10. Both have the texlive-full package installed from their respective repository. On the Debian box, pdflatex handles my document just fine, but on the Ubuntu box, I get errors on every /vref, unless I comment out
