Copy the .sty files in C:\Program Files\LyX16\Resources\tex (or wherever your installation is), then open ClassicThesis.lyx, which is the "master" file and make a pdf of the file. MiKTeX should automatically install any missing packages. If it doesn't add them manually. -- View this message in co

Hello everybody I'm trying to do a small amendment to the citationstyle in LyX. I'm using a custom citation style (custom.bst) and natbib author year. I'm satisfied with the bibliography, however the citation in the text is like this: Smith 2001, 153 whereas i'd like to have it with a colon like

Powerdot slides off screen--no control of orientation?

Hi all, I'm trying powerdot as a quick way to create some slides, but have a problem of the slide being created in landscape mode but placed on portrait paper (if that makes any sense). I've tried putting nopsheader, orient=landscape, mode=present, paper=screen into the class options to no avail.
