mathspec disables instant preview

I ahve just discovered, arduously, that using mathspec prevents preview from working. Is this a bug, feature, or other?

I'm not sure if a copier or converter can be associated to a particular document class, but this task does not seem to be closely tied to LyX since it is just pdf-to-pdf conversion. I mean you can write a shell script named, say, pdfnup22, and put it in your PATH so that each time you call pdfnup22

Can't export to DVI

Using LyX 2.0.2 on a Windows 7 x64. I have the exact problem described on this thread: http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.editors.lyx.devel/134251 I tried replacing clean_dvi.py with the one from LyX 1.6.9, which worked for the guy who posted that thread. Didn't help; I still get the same error.
