I just tested again. On my computer there IS
a considerable speed up in 2.1. In 2.0.6 I do the two
finger scroll and then wait and wait. In 2.1 the
scroll is quite fluent. Not as fast as, for example,
MS Word, but acceptable.
But then, it could be a different problem. In
