Hello Eleanor. One thing you can do is use the search feature. From the home
screen do a three finger swipe down. In the search field type the persons name
and then flick right through the list of results. The more of the persons name
you type the less hits you should get. Also as stated
Just search for them at the top of the contacts table, instead of going to
the table index, it will go a lot faster.

Hi All, a few questions from yesterday, I asked why is it that I cannot hear
the keyboard commands when I go in to Menus and wonder if this has something
to do with verbosity settings?
I am also trying to delete Zoomtext from the Applications folder and I am

I am sorry I do not think you understood my question regarding Zoomtext. I
have indeed entered my password and then gone to OK but nothing happens.
I will check out the Verbosity but again that was not quite my question. My
question was why am I not hearing the vo command or keyboard
Regarding the voice over verbosity this is set to high and yet in Menus I do
not hear the keyboard or voice over commands to carry out an action. I
thought that these shortcut keys are listed as well as the menu items, am I
wrong?

Hi Isaac
I have resolved both problems in relation to verbosity and r emoving
Zoomtext. I did go in to the verbosity and maximum was ticked so maybe that

That is brilliant thanks Isaac, that was turned off for some reason. Now
there is a slider so what should that be set at, currently it is at 6
seconds but should I make it shorter? I don't like waiting for the info for
too long.
